Job Summary:
The Receptionist/Office Assistant serves as the company s primary point of contact providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Key duties include answering phones greeting visitors managing office supplies maintaining cleanliness and assisting with various tasks to support the team and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is detailoriented efficient and able to deliver highquality work on time
Key Responsibilities:
Greet welcome and direct visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Answer and screen phone calls redirecting as necessary and providing basic information.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely reordering.
Stock and maintain break room ensuring it is fully stocked and organized. Place orders for supplies as needed in coordination with the Manager.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of common office areas including the break room conference rooms and lobby.
Prioritize and manage incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor and restock branded merchandise and promotional materials.
Maintain and update office contact lists and other essential records.
Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as required to support the team and executive leadership.
Requirements

Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office QuickBooks experience preferred)

We are looking for a friendly and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager and will have daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and will involve internal and sensitive information. This candidate will also be trained to take over the dispatch log and will communicate with key personnel, including Ownership. This candidate will also be cross trained in all RSCS office roles to serve as backup when needed and to provide administrative support to the team.
