The ideal candidate must reside in Takoradi or Cape Coast possess strong B2B sales experience and maintain active relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers retailers and distributors in the region.
Promote company products and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategies.
Conduct regular client visits and followups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Submit timely and accurate sales reports forecasts and performance updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
Monitor collections and ensure prompt payment from clients.
Bachelors Degree or HND in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
1 4years of sales experience in electronics electricals hardware or industrial machinery.
Must reside in Takoradi or Cape Coast.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Familiarity with regional markets and customer networks.
Ability to work independently and travel within the Western and Central regions.
