Our client a global leader in the shipping industry is seeking a talented Software Engineer Full Stack to join their dynamic team in Mumbai.

Organization : We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our client s IT Engineering team. You will support efforts across their IT programme including rebuilding their custom inhouse IT platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to both clientside and serverside development across a wide range of projects.
- Develop solutions that align with modern architectural standards while keeping business timelines and technical feasibility in mind.
- Recommend and explore new technologies that enhance performance usability and maintainability.
- Work closely with product managers UX designers QA testers and fellow developers to understand needs and translate them into effective features.
- Explain technical ideas in an easytounderstand manner to both technical and nontechnical colleagues.
- Take part in knowledgesharing sessions code walkthroughs and peer reviews.
- Provide guidance to other developers and be open to seeking help when needed team success over ego.
- Collaborate with global teammates across different time zones to ensure seamless and maintainable delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using JavaScript Node.js or Java.
- Handson experience with frontend or backend technologies or ideally both.
- Exposure to React Docker AWS and serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices like CI/CD TDD or infrastructureascode (e.g. Ansible).
- Experience with relational databases like Postgres MariaDB or Oracle.
- Previous work in Agile environments using Scrum Kanban or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure AWS or GCP.
