We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is essential in ensuring effective communication across various departments and external stakeholders. The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and promoting a positive image of the company through strategic messaging and communication efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
Coordinate communication efforts between different departments and stakeholders.
Draft proofread and edit written communications including press releases internal announcements and other company materials.
Assist in organizing events and conferences ensuring smooth communication with participants.
Maintain and update the companys communications calendar.
Monitor media coverage and help in the preparation of company responses.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Track communication metrics and provide regular reports on effectiveness
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
Experience in communication strategy development is a plus.
