Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and eager Finance Analyst to join our fastgrowing Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A Reporting background exceptional Excel skills experience in data preparation and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support IT Finance Business Partner: Provide datadriven insights and financial support to assist in decisionmaking.
- Data Extraction & Refinement: Gather and clean financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare reports dashboards and variance analysis regarding IT Expenditure movements. Support the consolidation of actuals and forecast as well as reporting on of variances. Assist in the Budgeting process.
- Cost Monitoring/ Audits: Track and analyse IT costs including Cloud Services License Audits Mobiles subscriptions tracking amongst others.
- Accruals and Prepayment Oversight.
- Asset Management: Provide support in the rollout and implementation.
- IT Recharge Allocation: Support the implementation and maintenance of changes to the IT Recharge model. Assist in the quarterly IT recharge process and manage the IT Environment Recharges allocations.
- Headcount Reconciliation: Track analyse and reconcile workforce planning on headcount data. Ensuring accuracy and relevant moves and adjustments are made in a timely fashion to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Ad Hoc Analysis & Reconciliations: Provide financial insights reconciliations and additional analysis as needed.
Qualifications :
- University degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in Financial analysis Financial data reporting or an FP&A role.
- Strong proficiency in financial tools such as Excel ERP Systems.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large datasets extract meaningful insights and ensure data integrity.
- Adaptability in a fastpaced transformational environment with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly flexible and collaborative personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Finance Professional Qualifications: Part Qualified / Qualified (e.g CIMA ACCA)
