Maitre dHotel MW -Chteau Monfort

Allinterno del ristorante in accordo e sotto la supervisione del F&B Manager e del Restaurant Manager si occupa:
programmare e coordinare il lavoro giornaliero supervisionare la gestione contabile
di supervisionare la miseenplace dei tavoli e il servizio (pranzo/cena)
di partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilit del team di sala
di registrare le comande curare lospite e porre attenzione ai dettagli
di supportare le esigenze dellhotel nei servizi di prima colazione e room service
di supervisionare la preparazione della sala per tutti i servizi richiesti

Inside the restaurant in agreement and under the supervision of the F&B Manager and the
Restaurant Manager he is responsible for:
plan and coordinate daily work supervise accounting management
to supervise the miseenplace of the tables and the service (lunch / dinner)
to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
to record orders take care of the guest and pay attention to details
to support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service
to supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested

Qualifications :

Formazione alberghiera
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua
Una buona conoscenza dei vini
Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti stellati R&C e/o hotel 4/5*
Completano il profilo capacit comunicative e gestionali orientamento al cliente e team working
Certificazioni HACCP e PREVENZIONE INCENDI

Hotel training
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language is welcome
A good knowledge of wines
At least three years of experience in the same role gained in starred restaurants R&C and/or 4/5 * hotels
Communication and management skills customer orientation and teamwork complete the profile
HACCP and FIRE PREVENTION certifications

Fixedterm contract of 12 months (immediately) with the possibility of extensions and / or hiring
