Apple Autos is seeking a experienced and customerfocused Used Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team. As an Automotive Used Vehicle Service Advisor you will be a key point of contact for maintaining and repairing vehicles for the lot. Excellent communication skills automotive expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential for this position. Our dealership has been rated a Top Minnesota Workplace in the Star Tribune for the last 5 years and were looking to add a passionate problemsolver to our winning team and help us continue a legacy of excellence.
What Youll Do
- Welcome and assist customers with used vehicle service inquiries and appointments.
- Provide detailed estimates and explanations of service needs to Used vehicle department.
- Inspect and assess preowned vehicles identifying necessary maintenance and repair work.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with the service department and technicians to prioritize and complete work.
- Keep the Used vehicle department and customers informed of service progress and advise on any additional work required.
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints with professionalism and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.
What Youll Bring
- Previous experience as a service advisor in an automotive dealership service center or Quick Lane is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organized detail oriented and able to multitask.
- Ability to work with outside vendors and coordination of multiple vehicle repairs.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record keeping and communication purposes.
- Familiarity with preowned vehicle inspection and evaluation is a plus.
