Job Description:
As a Caregiver in our StepUp Program we will give you the training needed to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes ensuring they live safely and comfortably. Youll be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene grooming dressing meal preparation and light housekeeping.
In addition to handson caregiving you will have the opportunity to participate in our StepUp Program which offers:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing dressing grooming) to clients as needed.
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning.
- Prepare and assist with meals and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping and ensure a clean safe environment.
- Encourage and support clients in engaging with social physical and recreational activities.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the care team.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops through the StepUp Program to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements:
- Compassionate and patient attitude.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but NOT required WERE OFFERING FREE & PAID TRAINING.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely (with assistance if needed).
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be available for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
