Role:
Closing Manager Sales (Real Estate) Experience 3 5 years
Salary Range 7LPA 9LPA
LPA Job Type Full Time
Only Real Estate Experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Coordination: Manage and oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date ensuring all timelines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
2. Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate complete and in compliance with local state and federal regulations.
3. Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders title companies and other parties to ensure financial transactions including earnest money deposits and final payments are processed smoothly.
4. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing updates answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
5. Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
6. Problem Solving: Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them in a timely manner.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents attorneys lenders and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.
8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
9. PostClosing Activities: Coordinate postclosing tasks such as document recordings disbursements and client followups to ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
10. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications and skills
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 3 5 Years of experience into Real Estate.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Real Estate transaction processes legal requirements and documentation.
Skills: Exceptional organizational skills attention to details strong and communication skills.
Attributes: Proactive problem solver ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines strong interpersonal skills for client management
