Job Description:
Tele calling existing clients for introduction service portfolio warming up and setting up meetings
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
Handling student queries and ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively
Preparing daily reports and MIS student services
Fixing up the appointments passing on the sales leads to the sales department and taking care of the existing care
