Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Global Process Architect to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for leading designing and optimizing processes across the areas of Finance Procurement Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales within ContiTech. You will functionally lead the related workstreams within our global organization overseeing approximately 200 team members. As a key member of our management team you will drive efficiency growth and operational excellence for our locations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the in scope workstreams across all GBS hubs globally functionally managing around 200 team members
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative GBS processes and strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze current processes identify improvement opportunities and design optimized futurestate processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes with other business functions
- Develop and maintain process models documentation and performance metrics for processes
- Drive standardization and best practices across global operations
- Manage complex GBS projects from conception to implementation
- Provide expert guidance on technology solutions and their integration with existing systems
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management within the organization
Qualifications :
- Academic degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field
- Several years of business experience particularly with interfaces to global organizations and stakeholders
- Proven project management and change management skills
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives within global organizations
- Preferably leadership experience
- Expertise in process modeling optimization and business process reengineering
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed
