Job Summary: The L2 Engineer will be responsible for monitoring the PBI tasks recovering failures Logging rerouting & resolving tickets coimplementing best practices and guidelines for developer community for various functions within EGIS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor the PBI Task for any disruptions failures or performance issues in Power BI Service.
- Analyze the Power BI capacity based on the utilization and suggest/implement the optimization process when needed.
- Monitor the status of scheduled critical BI tasks and ensure that they are executing on time without errors.
- Work with senior engineers to set up the best practices and guidelines for the Power BI developer community within the Organization
- Coimplement the proper communication channel for Power BI users and developers
- Provide technical support on Power BI to new users/developers
- Prepare Knowledge Base/Known error Documentation for L0/Self Service Support
- Monitor the ticketing tool & work on an issue resolution.
- Log and document any incidents including detailed information on when and how the problem was detected actions taken and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams such as data engineering DevOps and business intelligence teams to ensure that all critical issues are addressed promptly.

- Proficiency in Power BI SQL & Snow/Jira.
- Excellent in communication and problemsolving skills.
- Years of Experience 23 years in a similar role.
