Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Unified Collaboration Specialist to join our team. In this role your primary function will be providing implementation support and maintenance of our Slack ecosystem ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across various platforms and customer workflows.
Manage and optimize existing Slack Enterprise Grid platform
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Slack and its integrations with 3rd party applications.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and best practices.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to facilitate integrations with other business applications and platforms.
Provide technical support and training to endusers on technologies.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in unified communications and recommend improvements.
Participate in projects related to the implementation and upgrade of collaboration systems.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure optimal functionality and security.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
35 years of experience in Unified Communications or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Unified Communications platforms.
Expertise in VoIP systems and cloudbased collaboration tools.
API integration experience a plus.
Experience with Cisco Webex messaging and meetings a plus.
Solid understanding of network infrastructure and its impact on collaboration systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Proven experience in project management and implementation of collaboration tools.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
