As Deputy Manager (m/f/d) you are jointly responsible for the operational and administrative management of our technical team. In your diverse and varied field of activity you will be jointly responsible for the development of concepts and strategies in the areas of maintenance safety environmental protection and sustainability. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deputy administrative and operational management of our technical department
- Monitoring the perfect condition of all operating equipment and compliance with accident prevention regulations
- Coordinating and awarding repair contracts to partner companies
- Budget monitoring and cost control in consultation with the Chief Engineer
- Project management of possible conversion or renovation measures within the hotel in collaboration with the management team
- Contact person for security and partner companies such as the fire department public utilities suppliers and building owners
- Checking the target and actual status of all maintenance contracts in compliance with building restaurant and fire department guidelines
- Ensuring and monitoring HACCP as well as occupational health and safety guidelines
Be able.
- Completed training as a technician or comparable training / studies
- Relevant professional and management experience
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- Good knowledge of German and English
