Why be a Senior Data Analyst at THG
Working within the Commercial Insight team in THG Beauty this is a senior analyst position that will work closely with the Retail Media Team in order to find opportunities to support growth and direct the longterm retail media strategy of our brand partners on THG Beauty retail sites including LOOKFANTASTIC Cult Beauty and Dermstore globally.
As a Senior Data Analyst youll:
- Develop and own fully automated data products that both support the business and deliver incremental value to stakeholders.
- Support in the measurement of activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Work with the Retail Media department to further develop their offerings.
- Provide support and guidance to analysts within the team providing support at both technical and commercial levels.
- Attend and present findings in strategy meetings with our partners
What Skills and Experience do I need
- 2 Years in an Analytics function.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient with Excel.
- Proficient with PowerPoint.
- Proficient with SQL/BigQuery (BigQuery highly desirable).
- Selfstarter with a track record of showing initiative.
- Data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau (Tableau highly desirable).
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Python.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry.
- Experience of working with web analytics/onsite event tracking.
- Experience of working in a retail media environment (highly desirable).
- Experience with Criteo analytics (highly desirable).
- Experience with Liveramp (highly desirable).

- Time saved via process automation
- Quality of insights produced.
- Highlighting commercial opportunities and threats.
- Proactivity in highlighting areas of insight.
- Process improvements via the embedding of segmentations & models into the decisionmaking process.
- Demonstrated history of owning and improving data pipelines. Including:
- Moving process through dev testing and production environments
- Version control
- Error handling
- Solutions that are scalable
