Two Rivers Supervisory Union located in Ludlow Vermont has an opening for a fulltime exempt Human Resource Manager. This handson position is responsible for policy administration benefits insurances compensation and contract administration. The HR Manager will be directly involved in and responsible for employment related procedures including but not limited to workers compensation claims unemployment claims FMLA and background checks.The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in a related field 5 years experience in human resources management with at least two 2 years involving benefit administration preferably in a public school setting. Excellent communication organizational and administrative skills are required.
