Leading a team at The Foxes Club at one of our prestigious North West & Central Venues on Saturday Mornings.

Pay: Earn between 60 and 90 for 2 session hours with an hourly rate dependent on experience qualifications and skills.

The Role:
Were scouting for a Venue Leader who can lead a team of coaches in delivering top football sessions on Saturday Mornings at one of our illustrious London venues. Youll be the clubs most senior figure at the site liaising with parents managing the coaches and responsible for the quality of sessions delivered. Youll be enhancing our current programme and taking us into the future of play!
What youll be doing:
- Leadership You will assume a managerial role within the coaching team. Youll problem solve lead by example and liaise with the Head Office.
- Safeguarding As the Venue Leader youll be responsible for the safety of everyone involved with the sessions meaning both kids and coaches.
- Coaching Youll be tasked with ensuring that all sessions delivered at your venue are of the highest quality. This will involve training both new and more experienced coaches by providing feedback and even dropping into sessions.
- Appearance The Foxes Club prides itself on its appearance and your role will be pivotal in supporting this. Youll make sure that physical marketing goes up that equipment is displayed neatly and that coaches are all in their uniform.
- Ambassador As the most senior figure at the site youll be representing the club. Whether with coaches customers or prospective customers youll be an ambassador at all times.
It would be nice if you have:
- Current FA emergency first aid & safeguarding qualifications
- An enhanced DBS check
- A minimum of 2 years coaching football or working with children
- A minimum of 1 year experience managing a team
- A positive attitude ready to face any challenges!
