Are you ready to take on highvalue complex personal injury cases Were hiring aSenior Case Manager (Complex/Special Projects) to manage challenging prelitigation and select litigation cases. If you have strong case management experience thrive in a fastpaced environment and value client advocacy this role is for you.
This is a 100 onsite position in our Birmingham AL officewe believe our best work happens together.
What Youll Do:
- Manage Complex Cases: Oversee highvalue personal injury cases through prelitigation and some litigation phases.
- Support Attorneys: Collaborate closely on strategy case progression and client needs.
- Communicate Effectively: Serve as the main point of contact for clients providers and insurance companies.
- Stay Organized: Handle documents deadlines and case details with precision.
- Optimize Processes: Identify ways to improve workflows and efficiency.
What You Need:
- Experience: 5 years in Personal Injury Case Management Legal Assistance or Bodily Insurance Claims Negotiation 7 preferred).
- Skills: Strong drafting document review and medical records management experience.
- Tech: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required); FileVine or similar case management software (preferred).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Independence: Ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision.
