Job Description

The Client Success Project Manager (CSPM) is a critical component of our Key Account Client Relationship team. In this role you will be responsible for building lasting rewarding relationships through daytoday management and oversight of all client deliverables. The results we have helped our clients achieve have significantly increased the demand for and the complexity of our products and services. In order to continue to offer the highest possible level of service we need to add CSPMs to our team in Cranberry PA.

From prompt on boarding to quick resolution of customer issues the Project Manager helps ensure clients realize maximum value from their Life Science Connect campaigns. The CSPM is accountable for ensuring that all projects are effectively and efficiently executed and delivered successfully against expectations. Projects must be delivered ontime onbudget and errorfree contributing to overall company profitability and increased growth of the key account relationships they help support.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant marketing/project management experience preferably in the pharmaceutical biotech and/or medical device industries. More specifically you will be responsible for the following:

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle and communicate (internally & externally) on all client initiatives in a timely fashion.
  • Schedule and lead all monthly status update calls for assigned accounts.
  • Resolve any customer account issues originating from customer calls or internal groups.
  • Involve assigned Key Account Business Development Manager(s) as needed to achieve upsell opportunities resolve issues or coordinate deliverables.


OF DELIVERABLES

  • Direct and manage the of all client projects from inception through completion. Assess job requirements resources milestones and deliverables ensuring collaboration and efficiency throughout. Collaborate with Key Account Business Development Manager(s) and Department Managers providing experiencedbased input to ensure that the clients strategic objectives are met within the parameters of the project.
  • Develop implement and manage project plans and communicate objectives priorities and goals among internal teams to ensure that all client projects are accomplished collaboratively onschedule and meet client and company standards.
  • As the primary interface with the client project team and sales the project manager proactively monitors and controls project with all team members throughout the lifecycle of a job; updates teams on progress and addresses obstacles and concerns to maintain quality job output.


RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

  • Determine resource allocation to ensure that all jobs are managed on budget on time and within scope for all projects.
  • Accurately track report and evaluate all client projects lead internal status review meetings proactively plan for and update resource needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain consistent communication and alert sales and senior management if additional resources are recommended to meet timeline and deliverables addressing issues as they arise.


PROCESS & WORKFLOW

  • Accountable for internal adherence to workflow and process management focusing on quality profitability efficiency and productivity.
  • Effectively employ project management methodology throughout the lifecycle of all jobs ensuring quality control and flawless of intermediary and final job submissions.
  • Regularly implement executional improvements and share best practices broadly across the company.

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS

Required Education / Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree with a concentration in marketing business administration communications or related discipline is highly desirable.
  • 5 years experience as a Project Manager or similar preferably at B2B marketing agency publishing company or web media/digital agency.
  • Positive collaborative attitude with a confidence inspiring approach to problem solving and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience with project management methodologies processes and challenges.
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail and a proven track record of strong time management.
  • Concise clear verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly resourceful collaborative problem solver and quick learner.
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Open to feedback with an ability to inspire support and understand people.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with crossfunctional team members.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Experience working with brand content content marketing and/or custom content.
  • Ability to educate and inspire clients with possibilities and capabilities of Life Science Connect products and services to help improve their marketing programs.
  • Experience using project manager software (Asana) to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Background that includes B2B marketing agency and/or business publishing.
