Job Description
We are looking for a communications professional to join our Global Internal Communications team which sits in Global Communications as part of the Global Growth Brand Marketing Communications & Partnerships pillar. In this role you will work across Deloittes wide range of internal communications channels to plan develop create and deliver strategic internal communications focused on priority topics (e.g. Generative AI Sustainability) and key global partnerships (e.g. Olympics WEF).
Reporting to the Global Director Internal Communications youll focus on project management and writing copy editing message development and PowerPoint slide creation to bring new concepts to life internally among Deloitte professionals.
Youll:
- Draft edit adapt and finalize communications for an internal audience;
- Manage content calendar for key initiatives;
- Craft and post globally relevant updates on internal social media;
- Support internal communications efforts related to Olympics COP and the World Economic Forum including awareness building pieces articles and digests for key leaders during strategic events.
- Collaborate with other communicators;
- Develop and execute communications plans;
- Utilize a vast network of global internal channels to promote key internal communications;
- Support special projects
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Journalism Communications English Marketing Business or related area or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant corporate communications experience;
- Internal communications experience in a professional services environment writing a variety of different types of content including but not limited to messaging internal communications promotional materials is strongly preferred;
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple complex projects/priorities/issues in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with excellent followthrough skills;
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus;
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity;
- Proficient in MS Office suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with Viva Engage a plus;
- Experience using Generative AI in a communications capacity a plus.
