Were looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager to join our national operations team someone who thrives on solving problems optimising workflows and delivering a premium hospitalitydriven customer experience.
In this role youll work closely with the Head of Operations to oversee daily operations across Hubs growing portfolio. Youll drive national consistency through best practices elevate member experience through efficient systems and lead a passionate team focused on delivering 5star service every single day.

What your daytoday will look like (but not limited to!:
Drive national consistency and operational excellence by establishing and maintaining best practice workflows SOPs and service standards across all locations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to solve operational challenges implement process improvements and enhance the overall member experience.
Lead and support team capability through onboarding mentoring structured development and backfill support for Workspace Experience Managers.
Oversee the resolution of complex member issues and support key account management ensuring a premium hospitalitydriven experience.
Leverage data insights to monitor performance identify trends and drive efficiency through tech automation and continuous improvement projects.
Support facilities operations vendor relationships and national initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications :
Were Looking For Someone Who:
Brings strong operational expertise with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in highend hospitality workspace or service environments.
Has natural leadership skills and experience guiding mentoring and developing highperforming teams.
Is proactive solutionsfocused and confident in driving improvement through data systems and collaboration.
Communicates with clarity and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Has 4 years experience in a similar role ideally within flexible workspaces hospitality events or related sectors.
