Job Description
How Youll Make an Impact:
As a member of the team you will provide the highest quality of customer service and be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving drinks according to standard recipes while maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Managing inventory ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
- Providing excellent customer service resolving complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Completing opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of the bar
- Maintaining personal appearance and following site grooming guidelines and dress code
- Supporting coat check operations when needed
- Tip Free Environment
- Hourly Wage: $18.00
Qualifications :
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Minimum 1 years experience of bartending in a restaurant hotel and lounge.
Must have your Smart Serve
Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail speed and accuracy; prioritize organize and followup; be a clear thinker remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guests service needs; work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent data.
Excellent knowledge of beverage preparation of classic cocktails mixed drinks beer wines & spirits. food & beverage menus.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs
Comply with all Campus policies
