Job Description

  • As a Regional Revenue Manager Mediterranean you will play a pivotal role in supporting and coaching a team of Senior Multi and Junior Hotel Revenue Managers. Your mission is to drive revenue performance by optimizing revenue management strategies enhancing efficiency and ensuring a strong service provider mindset across your team.

What will you do

  • Implement and oversee revenue management strategies across the region ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
  • Lead mentor and develop a team of revenue managers fostering a strong culture of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and forecast revenue trends identifying opportunities to optimize profitability.
  • Support training and development initiatives ensuring the team stays at the forefront of industry practices and tools.
  • Act as the key communication link between local teams the VP of Revenue Management and other commercial development stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Our ideal profile would be:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • At least three years of experience in a senior revenue management role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data from multiple sources (PMS TARS RMS Excel market insights etc..
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
