Job Description
- As a Regional Revenue Manager Mediterranean you will play a pivotal role in supporting and coaching a team of Senior Multi and Junior Hotel Revenue Managers. Your mission is to drive revenue performance by optimizing revenue management strategies enhancing efficiency and ensuring a strong service provider mindset across your team.
What will you do
- Implement and oversee revenue management strategies across the region ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of revenue managers fostering a strong culture of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and forecast revenue trends identifying opportunities to optimize profitability.
- Support training and development initiatives ensuring the team stays at the forefront of industry practices and tools.
- Act as the key communication link between local teams the VP of Revenue Management and other commercial development stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- At least three years of experience in a senior revenue management role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data from multiple sources (PMS TARS RMS Excel market insights etc..
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
