Job Description

About This Role

Joining us as a Graduate Medical Affairs UK & Ireland you will play a key role in supporting a broad spectrum of Medical Affairs activities across multiple therapeutic areas. This includes assisting with Medical Information management governance processes continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to key medical projects such as patient support programs advisory boards and medical education webinars. You will gain handson experience and build a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry collaborating with colleagues in areas such as marketing market access regulatory affairs and clinical research.

This is a hybrid role requiring 23 days per week in our Maidenhead offices and the start date is early Summer approximately June 2025.

What Youll Do

  • Support Medical Information processes including enquiry management reporting and development of Standard Response Letters
  • Manage medical materials and documents via Veeva Vault ensuring compliance with internal review and approval systems
  • Learn and apply the ABPI Code of Practice to ensure all activities and materials meet regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compliant training materials for external vendors such as homecare nurses
  • Assist in reviewing and updating scientific slide decks used by the Medical Scientific Liaison team incorporating realworld evidence and recent publications
  • Contribute to planning and of internal and external medical meetings including congress planning and thirdparty liaison
  • Provide operational support across core medical functions including expert stakeholder engagement materials management and data/document archiving
  • Participate in crossborder medical activities and ensure appropriate documentation and governance
  • Complete relevant systems training and build product knowledge to contribute effectively to team projects
  • Support a culture of collaboration continuous learning and process improvement within the Medical Affairs team

Who You Are
You are a driven and detailoriented individual with an advanced Medical or Life Sciences degree and a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry. You have strong communication and project management skills thrive in crossfunctional environments and are ready to take ownership of tasks. Youre proactive collaborative and eager to learn with a strong sense of accountability and a desire to contribute meaningfully to patient care.


    Qualifications :

    Required Skills

    • Masters or PhD in Life Sciences or a related discipline
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to conduct literature searches and critically appraise scientific publications
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with competing priorities
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment
    • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problemsolving and project management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • Willingness to learn and apply the ABPI Code of Practice
