Primary Function of Position
- Support on monitoring reporting and data analysis on Facilities IWMS system.
- Support Facilities Maintenance team on continuous improvements tasks such as improve procedures forms and KPIs.
Essential Job Duties
- Review and adjust preventive maintenance plans for all facilities assets jointly with Maintenance Administrator.
- Support monitors the performance of facilities and subcontractors when executing PM work orders.
- Support assuring that all material spare parts consumables and tools required to perform PM program is on hand and ready.
- Support on coordinating with Facilities Engineer to prepare preventive maintenance program for new assets being validated as well as confirm that such new assets are correctly uploaded into IWMS system.
- Support ensuring service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
- Support on analyze data and identify trends with facility issues to determine the root causes and take appropriate action.
- Support on analyzing BMS alerts investigate and feedback on any outstanding issues or events and respond to emergency situations and be on standby duty as required
- Analyze prioritize and develop plans including PM program upgrade to eliminate repetitive failures of facilities assets.
- Participate in the Emergency and Fire Brigades and Health and Safety Commission when required.
- Participate in the Health and Safety courses and training for the job required.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience
- 1 year experience on a Facilities Management related position.
- Basic knowledge of building infrastructure including electrical and mechanical systems fire detection and protection systems building management systems and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels in the business.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Remains calm & effective under pressure.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to develop and learn new skills.
- Works under own initiative.
- Project Management skills.
Required Education and Training
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline: Civil Mechanical or Electrical.
- Able to manage understand and review the following disciplines at an acceptable level: Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Structural Life Safety and Civil.
- Experience managing the following platforms: MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint MS Project) experience on AutoCAD and Smartsheet preferred.
Working Conditions
- Able to work under the following conditions: Exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands while visiting construction sites such as walking on uneven surfaces climbing ladders or working in unfinished facilities while adhering to safety protocols including working in heights and confined spaces.
- Capable of using personal protective equipment for extended periods: Including but not limited to hard hats steeltoe shoes safety vest life harnesses dust masks etc.
