BCBA

Our education organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers a competitive hourly salary ranging from $90 to $105 and can be based in Flatbush or remote. Both fulltime and parttime positions are available.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Provide direct behavior intervention services to students and supervise implementation by staff.
• Collaborate with educators parents and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of behavior assessment and intervention services.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Masters degree in applied behavior analysis special education or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Experience providing training and supervision to staff.

Location: Flatbush/Remote

Salary: $90105/hourly
