Job Description:
The Sr. Specialist Project Manager oversees all Operations efforts relating to contract and is responsible for planning executing and monitoring projects from beginning to end according to strict deadlines and budgets. They act as the pointofcontact between elements of Manufacturing Procurement Test Quality Engineering Finance and Program Management. They ensure cost and schedule conformance on assigned projects by coordinating the procurement build and test of complex electronic systems. A successful candidate should be able to:

Essential Functions:
- Interface and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Assist with the development of resourceloaded Integrated Master Schedules including tieins with Engineering efforts and milestones
- Perform leadtime and critical path analysis on multilevel hardware builds
- Assess cost and schedule risks and develop associated mitigations
- Monitor and report financial schedule and technical performance of assigned projects
- Identify and coordinate resources necessary for quick reaction development efforts
- Work closely with Engineering to identify mitigate and execute longlead material procurement
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant (Project Management)experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Direct experience with modern manufacturing processes and techniques
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP and the application of IRAD and Rapid Prototype methodologies
- Experienc#LICJ1e with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
- This position may require overtime weekend holiday and/or second shift work
- Knowledge of and experience with L3Harris products and processes
- Experience in a quick reaction development or rapid prototype environment
