Reporting to our People leader youll work alongside our Sales Marketing Customer Success and G&A leadership to develop and execute on a purpose built recruiting strategy to support our growth in 2025 and beyond.
You are an experienced business recruiter with experience in a startup and either an agency or another scaled company with deep connections in the Seattle startup community. Youve used Greenhouse (or a comparable ATS) and are well versed in leveraging technology to improve the hiring process. You are able to effectively evaluate talent level and cultural fit and you are skilled at engaging candidates and generating excitement about our mission and our work. Most importantly youre passionate about culture and matching people to opportunity.

Location
Seattle. 2 days/week inoffice.
Compensation
Compensation for this role includes both cash and equity. The starting base salary for this position is typically $118000$160000. Total compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidates experience qualifications skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
