Hollymead Veterinary Hospital has deep community ties. formerly known as VETSS (Veterinary Emergency Treatment and Specialty Services) our hospital provided emergency services to the Charlottesville community for over 30 years. In 2018 as the landscape of veterinary care evolved we began shifting towards urgent care and general practice services. Our rebrand to Hollymead Veterinary Hospital marks a thoughtful shift to better represent the care we provide today and celebrates our deeprooted connection to our local community.

Who we are looking for:
- Fulltime or parttime experienced veterinarian interested in a caseload of approximately 50 general practice 50 urgent care
- Collaborative teammate who keeps up to date on new developments in medicine and patient care

Compensation & Benefits
- Fulltime experienced veterinarian base salary: $145175k. Commensurate with skillset experience schedule and your preferred pace.
- Earning potential on monthly no negative accrual bonus plan: $220k
- Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
- Relocation stipend
- Bonus in exchange for multiyear commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment skillset and schedule commitment
