As Junior Talent Attraction Specialist youll be a part of the talent and attraction team dedicated to find the right people joining EY GDS organization.

Your key responsibilities

• In this role youll work closely with our service delivery teams to help determine their specific resourcing needs and execute on an agreed recruitment plan.
• Youll be Hiring Managers recruitment partner ensuring all steps in the process are clearly explained and progress is updated on a timely basis.

• Support selected EY Service Lines/Service Functions and being responsible for building a robust pipeline of candidates.

• Building healthy relationships with stakeholders.

• Participating in creating tracking and communicating recruitment metrics.

• Taking care of candidates attraction ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  

Skills and attributes for success

• Talent sourcing experience in a multinational organization.

• Attention to details and accuracy in recruitment data management.

• Good organization analytical and problem solving skills.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Up to 1 yearof sourcing experience

• Good spoken and written English.

• Enthusiasm to learn and try new things

• Teamwork mindset.

• Very good communication skills.

• Relationship building skills.

Ideally youll also have

• Assertiveness and selfconfidence.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels

• Positive and cando attitude!
