About The Role
We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to join our new healthcare division. In this critical role you will drive the launch and scaling of our healthcare products and will lead both strategic decisionmaking and operational . You will also focus on enhancing our growth trajectory and operational efficiency with a small team ensuring agility and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across operational postsales function including implementation and client services and help build processes to sustain growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the healthcare division with a focus on scalability and operational excellence.
- Work closely with engineering and sales teams to enhance product offerings ensuring they deliver maximum value to clients and address market needs effectively.
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends forecast needs and develop strategic initiatives that drive efficiencies and improve client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on testing protocols and frameworks assisting teams in understanding and addressing technical questions to ensure robust efficient and compliant product testing processes.
Requirements
- Experience working at an earlystage startup in an operational/generalist role
- Willingness to take on a variety of roles
- Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured and ambiguous environment
- Ability to take ownership and accountability
- Willingness to work in person at our NYC headquarters 5 days a week

Job Compensation Range:
The salary range for this role is $150000 $230000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary equity and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience skill level location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
