Job Title: Power Platform Developer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4 to 9 years
Power Automate/Cloud Flow
- Workflow Customisation and Automation:
- Customise and automate workflows within Power Automate to streamline Dynamics 365 customer service processes enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Integration with Banking Systems:
- Develop integrations between Power Automate and various banking systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
- AI Builder Integration for AIDriven Insights:
- Leverage AI Builder within Power Automate to implement classification and sentiment analysis providing deep insights into customer interactions and feedback.
- Scalability and System Enhancement:
- Design solutions with scalability in mind ensuring the ability to handle increasing volumes of data and transactions without compromising performance.
- CI/CD Automation for Deployment:
- Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices for automated testing and deployment of Power Automate flows ensuring reliability and rapid delivery of updates.
- Technical Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead projects and technical teams in developing advanced automation solutions providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
