As the LATAM Corporate Affairs Lead you will serve as a strategic business enabler responsible for enhancing SGSs license to operate shaping external narratives and proactively mitigating political regulatory and reputational risks that could impact business continuity and expansion. This role builds institutional trust and unlocks market access by positioning SGS as a credible sustainability and innovation leader in public policy ESG and industry dialogue. It plays a crucial role in supporting M&A readiness navigating expansion in sensitive markets and accelerating strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. This role is critical in enabling the of the companys business strategy by ensuring SGS is positioned as a thought leader and credible partner in discussions that impact the TIC industry.

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Political Science International Relations Communications or related field.
8 years in corporate affairs regulatory engagement or public policy.
Deep understanding of LATAM political and regulatory dynamics.
Track record of enabling market access and risk mitigation through stakeholder engagement.
Highlevel communication and influence skills; experience representing at executive forums.
