TraceLink is seeking an IT intern that will assist the IT department with daytoday operations and special projects.This dynamic environment will provide the individual with a wide variety of technologies and solutions in a highgrowth global cloudfirst company.
Responsibilities:
Build and deploy Windows and Mac laptops for end users
Peripheral setup for end users (cube setup and breakdown)
Interaction with end users to troubleshoot IT issues
Create phone extensions
Create user accounts in Active Directory
Manage and update equipment inventory
Create and update process procedure and technical documentation
Maintain and improve the IT intranet site
Access control system changes (badge issuance changes)
Other tasks as assigned
Skills and Requirement
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on rapportbuilding listening and questioning skills
Strong documentation skills
Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
Ability to present ideas in userfriendly language
Highly selfmotivated and directed
Keen attention to detail
Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highly dynamic fast changing and fluid work environment
Experience working in a teamoriented collaborative environment
