Job Description
Recognised and innovative leader in the management of claimsis seeking a solicitor or legal qualified claims examiner to manage a personal portfolio of liability claims. This is an important role within the organisation and requires a claims professional with a depth of experience in PI & Med Mal OR Public and ProductsLiability policies.
Job Requirements:
- Manage a portfolio of Liability claims includingeffective liability assessment assessment and justification of reserves and developing a strategy for claim resolution
- Ownership of Trust Accounts including payment of legal invoices and settlements
- Maintain stakeholder relationships including effective communication via written and verbal means effective negotiation and providing regular reports and updates.
- Undertake alladministrative and communicative duties associate with claims management
- Maintain compliance with Policy and Procedure though effective use of IT systems and services and superior knowledge of insurance policy application and coverage.
- Work toward company goals including supporting stakeholderdevelopment and supporting team members as required.
