Reporting to theDuty ManagerourCustomer Service Agentsplay a key role in ensuring allJet2andJet2holidayscustomers consistently receive first class levels ofCustomer Serviceat the Airport.
Key responsibilities include:

Reporting to theDuty ManagerourCustomer Service Agentsplay a key role in ensuring allJet2andJet2holidayscustomers consistently receive first class levels ofCustomer Serviceat the Airport.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcomingour customers at the airport providing excellent levels ofcustomer serviceand helping with any queries
- Supportingour thirdparty service partners to ensure the checkin process isperformed correctly and to ourcompany standards
- Effectivecoordinationof both the landside and airside operations
- Undertakingquality checksand ensuring safe practices are carried out at all times
- Safetyreportingensuring all incidents are recorded and investigated
- Working with our thirdparty partners andJet2andJet2holidayscolleagues to drive a One Team ethos in all areas
- There may be the requirement totravel to support other airports
This is a handson role interacting with ourcustomersand working as anambassadorfor ourbrand values. As we are always on hand to help ourcustomers this positioninvolves working on arosteredshift basis and requiresflexibilityto support our flying programme.
The successful candidate will have a genuinepassionfor delivering outstandingcustomer serviceand will haveexperiencein a Customer Service role in a similar fastpaced environment ideally in anAviationsetting.A team player you will have a have excellentcommunicationskills and afriendlyapproach. As you will be working with our UK customer base fluency inEnglishandGreekis required in this role.
