Job Description
WHO WE ARE
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As our Sr. Analyst Platform and Data Operations youll work closely with our technical vendor relationships including Nasdaq Google GCP Amazon Redshift S3 and more. You will be responsible for developing solutions on top of vendor tools APIs and our databases to support monitor and grow the Bruce Market business. Youll manage our internal technical processes and are responsible for keeping Bruce technically compliant. Youll work closely with the executives on data strategy and growing the business. Youll provide operational support during normal business hours following Bruces overnight trading session.
This is a remote role with preferred preferences for candidates in Austin Chicago or New York.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain technical vendor relationships including Nasdaq Google GCP Amazon Redshift S3 and other key partners.
Lead the development of internal reports analysis and surveillance of trading systems leveraging APIs databases and BI tools.
Oversee internal technical processes ensuring efficiency scalability and alignment with business objectives.
Ensure Bruce remains technically compliant by implementing and monitoring necessary controls and best practices.
Operational support for trading clearing and regulatory reports (e.g. CAT)
YOUR EXPERIENCE
35 years experience in systems engineering trading systems support or a related role that focuses on supporting highperformance applications.
Technical proficiency with 3rd party APIs the Google Cloud Platform including BigQuery and Python.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to understand analyze and creatively solve problems.
