JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good insight of DRAM specifications circuit implementation performance target and goals. Guide verification strategy and architecture verification system for DRAM products.
- Partner with multifunctional teams to align verification plan and coverage goals.
- Drive patterns and regressions development to implement function and timing verification plan.
- Own and lead product verification plan review silicon debugging support. Lead the team to achieve project schedule and deliverables.
- Provide support to design and verification engineers simulate analyze and debug circuit issues.
- Mentor team members provide technical guidance and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project .
- Understand Microns verification tools and flows collaborate with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to improve verification quality and efficiency.
REQUIRED:
- 5 years of experience in complex IC verification and/or IC design preferred. Previous work experience in memory related fields is a plus
- Experience in function verification and timing analysis with mixed signal design.
- Understanding of CMOS circuit design; gate Level circuit design preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to other verification peers.
- Experience with SystemVerilog Assertion (SVA)
- Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools ie. HSPICE VerilogHDL FINESIM PrimeSim
- A strong leadership skill and project management skills.
- Strong English skill in both writing and speaking is a must
