Position: Production Supervisor
Education: BE /Diploma Mechanical
Budget: Rs.3.80 LPA
Experience: Min2 Years of Experience in HPDC / Casting
- Knowledge of Operating Diecasting machines Die loading and manpower handling.
- New product development.
- Production PlanningAsPer Schedule.
- Monitoring DieCasting shopproduction.
- Manpower allocation with imparting onjob training.
- To ensure proper die setup with parameters control.
- Solving onlinemaintenance problems & casting defects.
- Setting & maintaining process parameters of the machine.
- Documentation & reporting day to day activities to HODproduction
- Planning the loading schedule of the machine.
- 5 S & kaizen activities training & also played role inimplementation.
- Tomonitor productivities towards fulfilling customer quantity as well as quality.
- To plan material machine & method for achievingproductiontarget.
- To take corrective & prevention action for house & customer rejection.
