Job Description

DEUTSCH

• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams in den Produktionssttten bei der Durchfhrung von LeanManufacturingAktivitten im Rahmen des AAMBetriebssystems zur Erreichung von Betriebszielen und KPIs
• Schulung und Coaching der Koordinatoren fr schlanke Produktion in den Produktionssttten in Bezug auf die Anwendung von LeanTools sowie von Industrial Engineering Tools und die Pflege von Berichten.
• Coaching des Schwerpunkts Betriebsebenen der Organisation bei der Einfhrung und langfristigen Nutzung des AAMBetriebssystems
• Moderation von Workshops zur Verbesserung der Betriebs/Funktionsbereichsaktivitten zur Beseitigung von Verschwendung zur Steigerung von Effizienz/Produktivitt/Qualitt sowie BrainstormingSitzungen fr Kostensenkungsinitiativen unter Bercksichtigung aller Einsparungen im Produktivittssystem (CIP APEX).
• Bewertung der Gesamtanlageneffektivitt (OEE) zur berwachung und Verbesserung der Produktivitt und Effektivitt der Produktionsanlagen.
• Untersttzung bei der Verbesserung der Arbeitsauslastung durch die Methodik der standardisierten Arbeit sowie der Arbeitsablufe und Prozesse Empfehlung von nderungen bei Material Arbeitspltzen Ausrstung und Layout sowie Untersttzung bei der Einfhrung automatisierter Prozesse.
• Untersttzung bei der Einfhrung von O^4 und Model Plants entsprechend den Anforderungen des Werks und der Region einschlielich Coaching und Training fr die ToolAnforderungen.
• Untersttzung der Werke bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Leistungen des Industrial Engineering sowie bei der Analyse von Produktionskapazitten und Arbeitsmodellen um die Optimierung und Einhaltung von Budgets zu untersttzen.
• Untersttzung bei der Erstellung von Budgets und ABCKosten und Nutzung von Datenanalysen zur Entscheidungsfindung und Verfolgung von Verbesserungsmanahmen.
• Alle anderen Aufgaben wie zugewiesen.

ENGLISH

• Working with various teams in production facilities conducting Lean Manufacturing activities within the AAM Operating System framework to achieve operating goals and KPIs
• Training and coaching Lean Manufacturing Coordinators based in the production facilities on the deployment of Lean tools as well Industrial Engineering tools and reports maintenance.
• Coaching focus Operations levels of the organization in the implementation and longterm use of the AAM Operating System
• Facilitate workshops aimed at improving operations / function area activities eliminating waste increasing efficiency/productivity/quality and brainstorming sessions for costs reduction initiatives reflecting all savings in Productivity System (CIP APEX).
• Evaluating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to monitor and improve the productivity and effectiveness of production facilities.
• Support improvements in labor utilization through Standardized Work methodology as well workflow and processes related recommend modifications in material workstations equipment layout and support the introduction of automated processes.
• Support roadmap deployment of O^4 and Model Plants according to the needs of plant and area implementation including coaching and training for tool requirements.
• Support the plants in Industrial Engineering reports and deliverables production capacity and labor models analysis as needed to help in optimization and budget attainment.
• Support with budget and ABC costs creation and use of data analyses for decisionmaking and tracking of improvement measures.
• All other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Bachelor oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Fertigungstechnik (oder gleichwertig)
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industrial Engineering und Lean Manufacturing
• Ausgeprgte theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse der Anstze und Methoden der schlanken Produktion und des Industrial Engineering sowie der Bewertung der Gesamtanlageneffektivitt (OEE)
• Kenntnisse von Produktionsmethoden prozessen und standards in der Automobilindustrie von Vorteil
• Vertrautheit mit der statistischen Prozesskontrolle (SPC) und computergesttzten Konstruktionswerkzeugen (CAD)
• Sehr gute organisatorische und planerische Fhigkeiten
• Fhigkeit selbstndig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten.
• Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeiten auf allen Ebenen der Organisation Fhigkeit zur Bildung und Leitung von Teams Fhigkeit zur Bewltigung von Konfliktsituationen
• Nachgewiesene Fhigkeiten zur Mitarbeiterfhrung Fhigkeit ein Team zu motivieren und zu leiten
• Bereitschaft zu Geschftsreisen 50
• Flieende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache

ENGLISH

• Successfully completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years professional experience in Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing environment
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of lean manufacturing and industrial engineering approaches and methods and the evaluation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Knowledge of production methods processes and standards in the automotive industry an advantage
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and computeraided design (CAD) tools
• Very good organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Welldeveloped communication skills to all levels of the organization ability to build and lead teams able to manage conflict situations
• Proven people management skills able to motivate and supervise a team
• Willingness to undertake business trips 50
• Fluency in German and English
