Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Industrial Electrician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations across production lines. This role requires experience in industrial settings and swift responds to technical faults.
Requirements
- OND in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Trade Test or professional certification in Industrial or Electrical Installation is required
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Electrician in a factory or heavy-duty setting
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems wiring circuit breakers and motor systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair industrial electrical systems machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimal downtime in production
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Read and interpret technical diagrams blueprints and schematics
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies
- Document all maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to improve system reliability
