- Knowledge of financial aid counseling to assist students in understanding and obtaining financial support.
- Ability to analyze data for enrollment trends in order to develop informed strategies for student recruitment.
- Skills in virtual event planning for organizing online open houses webinars and other promotional events.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and engagingly to potential students and their families.
- Effective public speaking skills for presentations at college fairs school visits and other public engagements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct interviews to assess and understand student needs aspirations and academic backgrounds.
- Develop personalized counseling plans to help students meet their educational goals.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events both inperson and virtual to engage potential students.
- Collaborate with academic departments to stay informed about program offerings and admission requirements.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate records of student interactions and recruitment activities.
- Provide comprehensive information on financial aid options and assist students in application processes.
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for review by university
management.
