The Opportunity
Were looking for a Lead Solutions Architect to take ownership of our architecture function working closely with clients to design and deliver highquality technical solutions. This is a pivotal role where youll have the chance to define best practices drive innovation and shape the future of our consultancy.
As our first permanent Solutions Architect youll have the opportunity to:
- Establish and lead our architecture function setting technical direction and best practices
- Work closely with enterprise clients to design and deliver cuttingedge solutions

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Technical PreSales: Partner with client teams to understand their business needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Solution Architecture & Delivery: Design and validate scalable maintainable and highperforming software architectures.
- Team Design & Leadership: Configure and lead crossfunctional technical teams for successful project .
- Technical Audits & Assessments: Conduct indepth evaluations of client systems providing strategic recommendations.
- Consultancy & Advisory: Act as a trusted technical advisor supporting clients with technology strategy AI integration and digital transformation.
- Training & Upskilling: Develop and deliver technical training programs for both clients and internal teams.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Support and guide engineers and technical leads fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Emerging Technology & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI data cloud and software advising on best practices and innovations.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect Technical Lead or similar role in a consultancy startup or agile environment.
- Strong technical expertise across cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) data AI microservices and API design.
- A commercial mindset able to balance client needs with business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- A problemsolving approach comfortable getting handson when needed.
- Experience mentoring and coaching technical teams.
- A strategic thinker who can connect technical with business goals.
