Job Description
- Verification of customer documentation
- To check and verify customers credentials and feed them correctly in database
- Proficiency in identifying the fraudulent/fake/forged documents
- Being meticulous and accurate when verifying documents and information
- Understanding and following proper procedures for verifying information according to the client requirement
- To meet Key Performance Indicators and associated Service Level Agreement with best quality results
- The verification associates are responsible for ensuring compliance with and executing the entire verification process
- Manage daily activities and able to meet deadlines
- Maintain high level of Accuracy and productivity
