Job Title: Trainee Marketing Executives
Location: Multiple Locations
Reports to: Senior Executive / Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Marketing Executive to join our clients firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the firms services.
- Contribute to the creation of content for social media websites and other digital platforms.
- Support in organizing and executing marketing campaigns including email marketing webinars and events.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the recruitment and HR industry
Human Resources:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
- Support the HR team in managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining candidate databases.
- Participate in employer branding activities such as creating job postings and updating career pages.
- Help in the coordination of onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team including maintaining records and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in developing a career in marketing or human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing or HR is a plus.
