Job Description
Job Title:Senior Practitioner Adults Health and Social Care Team
Location:East London
Rate: 3638 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join a busy Adults Health and Social Care Team based in East London.
What will your responsibilities be
You will supervise qualified social workers and unqualified staff providing professional guidance mentoring and leadership to the team. You will ensure adherence to standards of professional practice. Additionally you will collaborate with multiagency teams to achieve positive outcomes for service users work autonomously while supporting the Team Manager and monitor and assure standards of professional practice.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a full UK licence have postqualified experience and hold a degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
