Pulse Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Specialty Doctor in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry to join our clients Emotional and Behavioural team based in Luton Bedfordshire. This locum position is available for an immediate start on a shortterm contract offering competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
The postholder will have the following key areas of responsibility: conducting assessments and therapeutic work with children adolescents and parents; undertaking examinations and ordering investigations as required; prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medication; and coworking with and consulting with other colleagues within the team. The postholder will work under the supervision of a consultant psychiatrist and will be integral to a multidisciplinary team accessing local activities as appropriate.
