Job Description
DPR Construction is seeking an Application Administrator Workday with a minimum of 5 years experience working with Workday to join our People Technology team. This role is responsible for the daytoday technical support audit and maintenance of the security and compliance of our Workday environments that results in excellent system reliability and performance.
The Workday Application Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Implementation of basic and advanced security configuration in Workday.
- Should be able to configure basic and advanced security groups such as aggregate intersection and rulebased security groups
- Complete configuration & configuration maintenance of security groups domains and user permissions in Workday.
- Develop configure and maintain security policies for domains business processes dashboards and reports.
- Assist in testing of security roles and security configuration & user access for key projects that involve access to sensitive data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security configuration.
- Audit maintain and optimize the existing security framework for internal and external audit requests.
- Develop and execute test plans tracking defects and ensuring resolution. This includes conducting security impact analysis for Workday release upgrades.
- Recommend best practices and provide security solutions to support business processes
- Support production and prioritize change requests based on business needs.
- Partner with internal information security team to ensure Workdays capabilities and configuration meet regulatory requirements (GDPR HIPAA CCPA etc) and internal standards
- Develop & implement Workday security audits & procedures. Create documentation of audit procedures and oversee audits to ensure completion & compliance.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years experience with Workday Security configurations
- Workday Pro Certified / Workday Implementer certified a plus
- Experience using Workday Web Services API XML and XSLT a plus
- Experience with RAAS EIB
- Solid analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent organizational analytical and planning skills
- Able to perform well in the face of tight deadlines
- Willingness to troubleshoot system issues
Work Conditions
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a computer screen.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Occasional domestic travel via airplane will be required for meetings.
This is a hybrid role with most time being spent working from home. Attendance at important meetings and events at the local DPR office is required.
