Burke Town School seeks a dynamic substitute teacher who fosters a lifelong commitment to healthy habits and personal fitness. This person would provide Physical Education instruction to students across grades PreK8. Candidates must be energetic selfmotivated effective educators interested in joining a supportive school community. Establishing a supportive classroom environment through positive behavior intervention practices and skills with formative assessments is incredibly beneficial. We operate seven preK8th grade schools ranging from 60 to 500 students. Our high school students have choice and may opt to attend one of the traditional independent schools Lyndon Institute or St. Johnsbury Academy or another high school of their choosing.We are located about 3 hours from Montreal Boston and Portland ME.
