Position Overview:
The Care Researcher is responsible for finding and contacting community resources that support our clients needs. They assess and determine the suitability of these resources by directly reaching out to them. Some examples of areas of need could include housing financial assistance mental health services home repairs relocation pet sitting and health & wellness.
Location: DallasTexas
Work Environment: Hybrid In office Monday Wednesday & Thursday work from home Tuesday & Friday
What Youll Do:
- Ensure the needs of Cares members are being met by using a variety of tools (internaldatabase and internet) to locate potential resources.
- Research map telephonically contact and prescreen potential resources that meetclient specific case requirements.
- Suggest and implement new research sources tools methodologies and analysistechniques and share this knowledge with peers.
- Ensure highest quality of client satisfaction by meeting the company standards for dailyproductivity and case work quality.
- Maintain timely detailed and appropriate documentation regarding case research casestatus research process and results.
- Assist with special projects as requested.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
- In lieu of degree 12 years experience in appropriate field.
- Skilled in both researching and networking
- Ability to think out of the box
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Exceptional analytical organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to call center metrics
- Excellent computer literacy and keyboarding skills.
- Advanced skills with MS applications
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.

Hourly Rate: $21/Hr Non Negotiable
The rate listed is just one component of Care.coms total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short and longterm incentives.
